About

At my core, I’m an engineer – drawn to systems, clarity, and the kind of problem -solving that makes work better for the people doing it. I’ve always gravitated towards math and science, but the greatest challenges have often been human ones. Communication became the craft that reshaped how I connect, lead, and empower others, whether refining complex strategies or meeting people where they are.

Over the years, I’ve worked across manufacturing, healthcare, and university environments, supporting safety programs, emergency preparedness, and facilities operations across dozens of sites. No matter the setting, my focus has stayed the same: translate complexity into clarity and help people do their best work with confidence. That’s taken the form of developing live data tracking systems, building training programs, and creating documentation that strengthens how teams work together.

Outside of work, I’m a father, a communicator, and a lifelong learner. I value presence, legacy, and work that feels integrated – not divided.

I believe the best work happens when systems and people are aligned – when clarity replaces confusion and teams can focus on what matters. I believe anything is possible – the real work is discovering how. That alignment strengthens teams, improves reliability, and creates environments where people can thrive. Much of my perspective is shaped by what I call the liminal edge – the space between where we are and where we’re headed, where clarity, intention, and growth take shape. I’m drawn to organizations that value clarity, collaboration, and thoughtful problem-solving.
